Are your costs fair and reasonable

In 1990 we coined the phrase, ‘You’re well-acquainted with the advantages of owning an aircraft and having it operated by a management company. The question becomes how do you ensure your costs are fair and reasonable?

With our all encompassing approach to financial reviews, we represent aircraft owners to ensure maintenance and operating costs for the subject aircraft are aligned with fleet averages, specific to the Make / Model.

Due to the fact that we track ‘real time’ statistics on over 10,000 business jets allows us to establish highs and lows relative to cost and manpower for a specific task or part. We analyze the data then compile a report to be presented to the client and management company for review and action. Further, the information generated can be used effectively to drive fact-based decision making regarding major capital expenditures.

Our Mark-To-Market methodology generates the most precise, market driven values available in the industry.

We translate mass amounts of fleet specific data into useful insights to enable owners to obtain quick answers to complex questions and gain an edge in the marketplace. Prior to discussing market value you must know the respective fleet of a given M/M due to the fact any of these aircraft can influence the sale or acquisition of a subject aircraft.

We not only know the aircraft that are on the market and those that have sold but also those that will be coming to the market near term, which provides an edge to determining upcoming values.

Acquisition

We go beyond the current market

Tasked with an acquisition TRC goes beyond those aircraft on the current market.

Because we know each aircraft specific to a given make / model positions us to advise clients on all available options, so we do not waste time and money chasing the unknown.

Once client requirements are defined specific to the M/M, we search the entire fleet and isolate those aircraft that substantially meet the specification. These aircraft, accompanied by specs and photos, are then presented to the client for review and selection and only then are the respective owners contacted to determine if the aircraft is available.

Price offers for each aircraft are established based on recent transactions for the subject M/M, as well as upcoming maintenance, time remaining on major component parts, condition of paint and interior, avionics specific to the subject M/M, etc. With the aircraft selected we then monitor the aircraft on-site to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and the aircraft is delivered discrepancy free.
